Shipping to European Union Countries is always free. The Company, except for unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, will promptly deliver the products purchased, to all over the country in 3 days , to EU countries in 4, to  USA and Canada in 4, and to the rest of the world in 10 (via UPS) from the date of payment from the Customer.

The delivery will take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:30  at the Customer’s address as indicated in the order.

Orders outside European Union (extra-Cee Countries): all orders destined for a country outside the European Union may be subject to customs and import duties. The Company has no control over these charges and can not advise the Customer regarding the related amount, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. By concluding a transaction on this store, each Customer accepts the aforementioned conditions and all customs fees will be charged to the Customer according to the regulations of the country of destination.

You can return the product intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts within 14 working days from receipt of the product, on condition that the product is intact and not been used. In accordance with art. 64 of D.Lgs. 206/2005, the Customer is entitled to withdraw without any fine or providing any specific reason. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by e-mail asking to boutique@albertofasciani.it or by mail to the Company Alberto Fasciani Group, via Pirelli n° 3, Loc. Girola – 63900 Fermo - FM - Italy

The direct costs of returning the items are the sole responsibility of the Customer, as is the responsibility for their transport and the choice of means of transport.

The customer will receive a full refund of the order amount, once the returned item has arrived at the company's headquarters.
